Submission

The Scientific Committee of EURSAFE 2012 invites you to contribute to our congress by submitting a paper or a poster. EURSAFE 2012 is open to participants with a variety of academic and professional background. Multi-disciplinary perspectives and contributions from PhD students are welcome. The ethical aspects should be made explicit. The conference language is English.

Electronic submissions of abstracts for papers and posters are sought until 30th September 2011 via the EurSAFE 2012 Abstract system. They must not exceed 2,500 characters including title, authors and addresses, and including spaces and punctuation. All abstracts will be reviewed by a scientific committee and successful candidates are asked to submit the full paper (ca. 25.000 characters) or poster (text version) by 6th January 2012 in order to have the printed volume of the Congress Book with all contributions ready for the conference 2012.

Proposals for sessions with 3‐4 related papers are welcomed, but all papers have to be submitted and will be reviewed also individually. A session proposal contains name and address of the proponent, a brief description of its theme, and the list of authors and papers suggested. It is due also 30th September 2011 and should be e‐mailed to eursafe2012(at)izew.uni-tuebingen.de.

Proposals for workshops with others formats (workgroups, discussion, film, etc.) during the conferenceshould reach the Scientific Committee by 20th December 2011. The proposal should contain name andaddress of the person proposing the workshop, a brief description of its theme and special focus, and anoutline of the format of the workshop. The ethical aspects should be made explicit. The description shouldbe under 1000 words and sent to eursafe2012(at)izew.uni‐tuebingen.de.
